Shipping policy
Shipping Lead Time:
All orders have at least 3-4 business day lead time upon receipt of orders. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.
Orders place during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time of 4-5 business days upon receipt of order. Shipping method applies after order has shipped.
All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.
Domestic and International Orders:
The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustments unless notified. So please verify that you entered the correct address before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. If you notice that you've entered the wrong address you can email us at amayacreationz@gmail.com with the correct shipping address before your order has shipped. Note Once an order has shipped we can not update the address.
Incorrect shipping information:
If a package is returned to Amaya Creationz due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost..Amaya Creationz is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by customer
